Compass Database

We, as a County along with the rest of the UK, will be taking delivery of the new Compass membership database from the beginning of August on a 3 phase role based basis. This will mean a number of things:

We will not have access to processes on the MMS system from the middle of July as Gilwell will be taking it offline to transfer the data across to the new database, therefore if you have anybody going to camp, taking on a new role or change of role then please make sure that you have all the paperwork together by the end of June for your appointments secretary to process it by the middle of July.

MMS Database and Compass

Firstly we would like to thank you for all of the hard work that you have already done in getting the County ready for transferring the present membership on MMS across to the new Compass database. It is now imperative with immediate effect that we no longer add any further members on to MMS, either youth members or adults, so that we can freeze the data, which is now correct to transfer over.

MMS will "disappear" as of 9am 28th July and Compass will be available a few weeks thereafter. We will let you know the exact date in due course.
